Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this amazing event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts donated $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has raised $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s riding group gets involved every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
